What Is Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT)?

Experiencing blocks or feel stuck?

Feeling stress, fear, or anxiety in your life?

Thoughts of speaking in front of others fill you with panic?

The Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT - also known as "Tapping Therapy") works like emotional acupressure to quickly, gently and easily release the negative emotions and beliefs that are at the root of all our problems and pain. EFT heals emotional problems by literally undoing the damage from the past.

By tapping gently on various pressure points with our finger tips we can balance our energy system painlessly and quickly.

EFT

EFT is not only effective in healing emotional problems it also has profound healing effects on physical issues as well.

Many physical issues are the result of unresolved emotional problems which have been left to grow and grow until the body cannot take it any more.

Finally, EFT has an amazing power to change beliefs . Many beliefs are beliefs because we are taught or create opinions and then we attach emotions to these opinions. If we sit down and look at our beliefs without any emotional charge we often find that they are unfounded, irrational and even stupid!

Many of our beliefs come from our parents and teachers at a young age and we do not question their judgement until we are older. These beliefs stay with us often unquestioned and often until the day we die.

We then base our daily feelings and our entire lives on other peoples teachings... which you may not even agree with deep down!

EFT releases the emotional charge from our disempowering beliefs and allows us look at what really matters to us.

By changing our beliefs we can change every aspect of our life.

In Summary...

EFT is simple, free, painless, fast working, effective, long-lasting, and can be used on a wide range of subjects including all negative emotions as well as physical issues and personal disempowering beliefs.
